How quickly can my order be delivered?
We offer express courier service for all deliveries. These orders will incur a rush fee. For more information please visit our delivery page.
What if no one is home?
This depends on the season we are in and the type of building we are delivering to. If the air temperature is suitable for flowers, and we are given the ok by the sender, we can leave flowers on a porch or around the back of a house. If leaving at the home is not appropriate or it is too cold or too hot, we will attempt to find a neighbor who is willing to store the flowers in their home. We then leave a voice message for your recipient to let them know they have a delivery at their neighbor’s house, along with a tag on the door. If we do not find any neighbors home, we may bring the flowers back to our shop. A voice message is also left for your recipient under that scenario to let them know we have flowers for them at our shop. We can attempt to redeliver to the same or another address or at a later time.
Can you deliver other gifts I bring in?
No problem! However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage. Please give our sales team a call to discuss further.
What are your hours?
Our main shop, on Secor Road in Toledo, Ohio, is open from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m on Saturday and from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday.
Our Oregon, Ohio location is open Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
We are open 364 days a year and closed Christmas day.
Do you call before delivery?
We never want to ruin the surprise so we do not call before delivery. If we are having issues at the time of delivery or the recipient is not home, we may call them to ensure they receive their delivery.
Are you a local business?
Yes! We have been your local Toledo area florist since 1964. We are family owned and operated and love being part of the 419!
What is your substitution policy?
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, always using flowers of equal value. If you have any questions on this please call us at (419) 474-1600.
Where do you get your flowers?
We import our flowers from all over the world, from California to Holland! We also buy from local Ohio and Michigan growers whenever possible.
I’m looking for a specific flower/plant - Can you get it for me?
Absolutely! As long as it’s in season we can find what you are looking for and specialty order it for you. Please contact us at flowers@bviviano or call us at (419) 474-1600 to arrange any special requests.
Can you create custom gift baskets?
Yep! We can create a gift basket crafted especially for the recipient – we can even include specialty wine & beer. Please call us to discuss what you are looking for.
Do you do weddings & parties?
Of course! We are the premier wedding and events florist in Toledo and the surrounding areas. We travel up to 2 hours outside of Toledo for weddings. We work with any budget, style & location. Please contact us to set up a free consultation with our wedding and events coordinator.
What is your return policy?
If for some reason you are not happy with your fresh floral or perishable product(s), please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. This includes flower arrangements, greenhouse items, and food/drink gift baskets.
If there are any issues with fresh floral arrangements, they will be replaced at same value within 24 hours of complaint. Any giftware or home decor products may be returned unused in their original state within 14 days.
